Free Dress Day
April 27, 2021
In a typical year, the last Thursday of every month is a free dress day for students. Since we are not on a traditional schedule we will be allowing free dress days this month as follows:
Tuesday, April 27th: Cohort A
Thursday, April 29th: Cohort B
As always, common-sense guidelines apply, such as no torn-out jeans, no shirts with alcohol or inappropriate graphics or logos, etc. Prohibited articles of clothing include but are not limited to:
Pajamas (except on “Pajama Day”)
Trench coats
Tank tops and spaghetti or thin strap tops
Bare midriff, or see-through clothing
Form-fitting pants cannot be worn alone and must follow uniform guidelines as described in section 2(c)(xi) of the uniform policy at all times.
If in doubt as to whether an item is appropriate, send back-up clothing in the event your child is asked to change.
