Details for the 2020-2021 School Year:
The 2020-2021 school year will begin with Comprehensive Distance Learning due to the criteria for in-person learning established by the Oregon Department of Education. You can find the required metrics published here, and the latest county metrics can be found here. As we have students from multiple counties, we must meet the metrics for both Washington and Yamhill counties. We expect to remain in Comprehensive Distance Learning until about November, however, we will be continually monitoring the metrics and will notify families of any impending changes. Once the criteria for in-person instruction is met, SCS will move to a hybrid model, with students attending in-person 2 days a week and 2 days of distance learning. More information about this model will be provided as we get closer to meeting the requirements for in-person learning.
